Nystrup Gravel In Print

It's seldom Nystrup Gravel is mentioned in printed media. My model railway is small, narrow gauge and somewhat 'niche'. Usually it's also myself that has to do the writing and that cuts down on the likelyhood of printed articles. In the soon to be published issue of the Danish Industrial Railway Society's magazine 'Tipvognen' (The Skip) Nystrup Gravel get's some rare attention.

Just out of the box and the Fowler is years away from being finished.

Over 3 pages the story of detailing and rebuilding the Essel Enginering Fowler F 30 is told in Danish to an audience not used to see 16 mm scale modelling. Being born before the internet spread across the world, seeing my modelling in print is something different than 'just' seeing it on a screen. 

'Tipvognen' is only in its second year of coloured print. A good decision from the society's board that benefits all the club's members.

Besides being mentioned in small newsletters Nystrup Gravel has actually once been mentioned in a real book. It was the 1/35 scale version that was included with image and all in a Danish book about petrol stations.
